On-campus visits are back!

Student Ambassadors will provide guided tours of our indoor and outdoor facilities.

When you arrive to the Queens campus, you must enter through Gate 1 on Utopia Parkway and check in with Public Safety. After parking, please walk to the Welcome Center to meet your assigned Student Ambassador. He or she will help you check in using the QR Code provided and your campus experience will begin!

Please follow the below instructions to ensure the safety of the University community and our visitors. The below is a reminder of the Visit Policy to which you agreed when you completed your registration form.

• In-person tours allow for the student and a maximum of two family members from within the same household, therefore only THREE people total should arrive to campus
• All parties must wear masks for the duration of their time on campus, both indoors and outdoors
• All parties must complete the wellness survey* prior to arrival (instructions below)
• Any states on the current quarantine list are not permitted to attend. Those committing to travel plans should use discretion.
• All visitors are asked to arrive on time for their scheduled visit, as a Student Ambassador will be specifically assigned to each family.
• We will not be able to accommodate walk-ins

St. John’s University reserves the right to deny a family a campus tour if they are not compliant with the above noted visit policy.Those who are unable or unwilling to comply with the Visit Policy can join us virtually.

*Wellness Survey instructions:

• Click on the link and select your role (Prospective Student, parents and Family) understanding that one survey must be completed per person
• Select: sign up with email then submit your name, email and password
• Click Resources on the lower left side of the menu, then select “Self Screening” to complete the survey.
• Once submitted, please check your email for the pass and have it readily available to show the Public Safety Officer upon arrival. Please note the pass will be valid for 24 hours ONLY and should therefore be completed at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time on the morning of your visit.
