Student Ambassador Program Application

Become a Student Ambassador!
Thank you so much for your interest in the Student Ambassador Program. Student Ambassadors play a crucial role in prospective students' decision-making process. You are more than a tour guide, you are the first impression and face of the University community that a prospective student has. St. John's Ambassadors are an energetic and elite group of students who share their school spirit by assisting the Office of Undergraduate Admission with various events.
Student Ambassadors assist with providing campus tours in person, Open Houses, Admitted Student Days, and other events as provided by the Office of Admission.
Please complete this application on or before November 14, 2025 by 4:00 PM to be considered for an interview.
Group Interviews will begin November 17-24
If you are selected to be a new Student Ambassador you will be notified once interviews have concluded.
All chosen new members will go through a mandatory training. The first portion of this training will take place virtually through an online module. We are trying to finalize training arrival times and arrange early move-in opportunities for new trainees. Training is mandatory and will take place January 14-16 before the start of the Spring 2026 semester. Early move-in will occur on January 13, 2026, by appointment between 9 am-3 pm. Applicants who cannot complete the required training should apply for the Fall 2026 class.
Please note that all those accepted into the program and complete training are required to attend Accepted Students Day on April 18, 2026
